Look, my grandfather was a Pontic Greek, coming from Marmara (Turkey). He fled in 1922 with his family when the Greeks and Armenians were killed and burned out of their villages. But I still feel it shameful that Greece is purchasing weapons from the worst murders in the world, just “in case” something happens. Their purchasing of weapons will provoke something into happening!! Especially from an enemy of Turkey. Way to go Greece… provoke Turkey into action.

I don’t disagree. But the Turks do not need a provocation to attack. The Greek islands could become another Smyrna with or without Israel.

Greece (and other nations such as Germany) should not be pursuing military contracts with Israel in any manner...
And through ownership of Greek defense companies get access to European funding.
Instead they should team up with Ukraine and other countries who have developed knowledge in new modern warfare.
